Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and EZClips ("EZClips", "we", "us") about your use of the EZClips website at ezclips.io and everything it does (the "Service"). By making an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use EZClips. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these terms for you.

• EZClips is an early version made available for testing (a "beta"). It is free while we test.
• Features may change, stop working, or be removed at any time, without notice.
• The Service may be slow, unavailable, or make mistakes. Streams, clips or other data may be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you need.
• We may limit how much you can use (for example, hours of stream per week), pause processing, or end the test or your access at any time.
• We may introduce paid plans later. We will tell you before anything you use costs money, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password safe, and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

You keep ownership. The streams, videos and other content you send in, and the clips made from them ("Your Content"), stay yours. We don't claim ownership of them.

Only send in what you have the right to use. By sending in a stream or video, you confirm that it is yours, or that you have every permission needed for us to download and process it, and for you to use the clips. That includes the rights of anyone who appears in it and of any music, games or other material in it.

The permission you give us. You give EZClips a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, download, transcribe, analyze, edit, reformat and otherwise process Your Content in order to run the Service for you, and to test, fix and improve EZClips, including the systems that find moments, write titles and captions, and frame clips. As part of that, we may keep copies of Your Content (your streams, clips, transcripts, titles and edits), including after you delete them from your account or stop using EZClips, except where the law requires us to delete them when you ask (see the Privacy Policy).

We will never sell or rent Your Content, and we use it only to run EZClips for you and to test and improve it. We will not publish it or use it in our advertising without asking you first. If you use "Share" or a phone link, anyone you give that link to can see what it shows.

Moments, titles, captions, framing, zooms and sounds are chosen automatically, in part by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, out of context, or something you wouldn't want to post. Check every clip before you post it. You are responsible for what you post and where.

• Send in content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Send in content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or that harasses, threatens or exploits anyone.
• Use EZClips to break the law or the rules of any platform you use with it.
• Try to get into accounts, streams or data that aren't yours, or test, probe or break the security of the Service.
• Overload the Service, use bots or scripts to use it, or make accounts to get around limits.
• Copy, resell or rebuild the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

When you paste a link, EZClips fetches the video from that platform for you. You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms you stream on and post to. EZClips isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Google or any other platform.

If you believe something on EZClips infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: what you believe is infringed, where it is on EZClips, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature. We will look into it, remove the material where appropriate, and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

If you send us feedback or suggestions (including in the forms on the site or in our Discord), we may use them freely, without owing you anything.

You can stop using EZClips at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close your account, or end the Service, at any time and for any reason, including if you break these terms. Sections 4 (the permission you give us), 5, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 14 continue after that.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, EZClips will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or reputation, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

You agree to defend and hold EZClips harmless from claims by others that arise from Your Content or from your breaking these terms.

We may change these terms. If we make a change that matters, we will ask you to agree to the new terms the next time you sign in. If you don't agree, you can stop using EZClips.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live says otherwise. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and both you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
